Bookings are non-refundable within 28 days of the date of your spa day or treatment. Should you wish to cancel prior to the 28 days a £30 admin fee will be deducted from the booking value.

Bookings can be amended up to 48 hours prior to the date of your spa day or treatment subject to availability. A £30 admin fee will be charged to amend the booking within 28 days of arrival.

Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. Please let us know if there have been any changes to our circumstances, and we would be more than happy to accommodate your needs. Please be aware that Reynolds Spa Advisors must make any amendments to your booking at least 24 hours in advance, including any changes to treatments or dining.

Lockers are available within the club; however, we cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred whilst visiting the club.

If you are having a spray tan, please wear loose dark clothing. For pedicures, please bring along a pair of flip flops or sandals.

If we have availability on the day, we will happily book your extra treatments. Please call us in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please advise us of any medical issues such as pregnancy, diabetes, cancer, blood pressure etc. or any dietary requirements you and your guests have, such as pregnancy, nut, gluten-free or vegan. If not, please contact us via email or phone and update us on any new requirements to avoid any disappointments on the day regarding treatments. Please note that we only offer selected treatments during the first trimester.
